Senior captain Grant Robinson averaged 15.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game for the Amherst College men's basketball team in January.

Robinson scored in double figures in eight straight games, including a season-high 27-point performance to hand archrival Williams its first loss of the season on Jan. 8 and a double-double with 14 points and 12 assists in an overtime win at Wesleyan on Jan. 28.

For the season, the Chevy Chase, Maryland, native is averaging 15.1 points per game to rank 8th in the NESCAC. Robinson leads the NESCAC and ranks 14th in the nation with a 90.6 free throw percentage and his 2.52 assist/turnover ratio is third-best in the NESCAC and 34th-best in Division III.
