Senior hurdler Eliza Cardwell won two NESCAC titles to help the Mammoths to a runner-up finish at the NESCAC Championships.

Cardwell won the NESCAC championship in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.68 seconds and teamed with Rachel Hubley, Camilla Lash and Héloïse Hughes to win the conference crown in the 4x100m relay, clocking in at 47.11 seconds.

The conference championship meet capped a strong month for Cardwell. She was the top Division III finisher in the 100m hurdles at both the UMass Lafreniere Commonwealth Invitational and the Collier Invitational at MIT, clocking a season-best wind-legal time of 14.64 seconds at UMass and a wind-aided mark of 14.42 seconds at MIT.

A double major in economics and political science from Melbourne, Australia, Cardwell concluded her NESCAC Championships career with four conference titles. She has qualified for six NCAA Championships and is a three-time All-American.
