GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Bowdoin rushed out to a 1-0 advantage, with Rachel Kennedy notching what would prove to be the game winner on an unassisted tally just 1:31 into play. Horwitz made the initial stop on the play, however Kennedy was positioned to bury the rebound.
- Applying heavy pressure, the Polar Bears doubled their lead with 12:29 remaining in the first half. Settling a corner insertion pass, Kim Kahnweiler set up Kesley Mullaney who fired a shot towards net. Screening Horwitz's vision of the shot, Kennedy deflected the ball into the back right of the goal while falling to the turf.

- Sara Culhane '16 nearly cut the lead in half with 9:01 on the clock, but Polar Bear goalkeeper Clara Belitz was able to come out to the penalty hash and stifle the chance.
- Kennedy picked up her third score of the contest in the 44th minute. Despite Horwitz making two back-to-back saves, the Purple & White were unable to clear the loose ball, allowing Kennedy to get her stick on the ball from point blank range. The goal marked her fourth hat trick of the season.
- Emily McColgan extended Bowdoin's lead to four seven minutes later. Taking advantage of the Polar Bear's sixth corner opportunity of the game, McColgan rifled a low shot from the top right of the circle into the netting after receiving the insertion pass from Kimmy Ganong.
