LUDLOW, MA. — The #14 Amherst College women's tennis team put on a dominant all-court performance on Saturday at the Ludlow Tennis Center, sweeping Trinity College 7–0 to move to 5–3 overall and 2–1 in NESCAC play. The Mammoths lost just two games across the three doubles courts before carrying that momentum through a flawless singles afternoon, winning all six courts in straight sets.

HIGHLIGHTS

• The doubles sweep set the stage for everything that followed, with Amherst dropping only two games total across the three courts, a commanding 6–1, 6–0, 6–1 clean sheet that gave Amherst a quick lead going into the singles.
• In singles, Tina She, who has had a strong season so far, was peerless at #1, crushing Kendall Cedar 6–0, 6–1 to allow the Trinity player just a single game across two sets. 
• Sameera Talwar matched She's brilliance at #5, dispatching Brennan Damond 6–1, 6–0 to likewise concede only one game the entire match
