PHILADELPHIA, PA. — The #14 Amherst College men's squash team closed out its regular season on Friday night with a tough 8–1 loss to #8 Drexel on the Dragons' home courts. The Mammoths were outgunned through much of the lineup but fought hard in several spots, winning on one of the courts. With an 11–6 overall record for the season, the Mammoths turn their attention to the upcoming CSA Divisional Team Championships in Philadelphia from February 27 to March 1.

Amherst's lone win came at #9 singles, senior captain William Okurowski outlasted Sean Kiernan in a marathon five-setter, 3–2 (8–11, 14–12, 11–6, 8–11, 14–12) in 1 hour and 9 minutes. After dropping the first game, Okurowski battled an important set his way by winning 14-12 in the second to keep him in the match.
