WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – First-year
Flora Biro finished in first place in the women's 4K Saturday morning with a time of 15:06.7 to give the Amherst College cross country team its third straight Little Three Championship title. The race took place at Mount Greylock Regional High School in Williamstown, MA.
The Mammoths, ranked 11th in the nation in the latest USTFCCCA Division III poll, finished with 30 points to top host Williams College by four points. Amherst is back in action in two weekends as they visit Wesleyan University to compete in the Cardinal Invitational.

Hannah Chappell-Dick had this to say about the win: "While the results are incredibly encouraging, we are making sure not to get too high or too low. There are still 11 weeks until the NCAA National Championships, and we are keeping a long term perspective. The team executed with excellence, and we are excited for the journey ahead!"
