"She's worked with some of the most respected distance minds and athletes in the country – we're excited that she'll bring those experiences to our teams. I am excited to have her join our staff."
Before Florida, Chappell-Dick was a volunteer assistant coach at Georgia Tech from 2018-19. There, Chappell-Dick helped the women's cross country program earn its first NCAA Championship appearance since 2001. On the men's side, she assisted in coaching an NCAA All-American and USA Semifinalist.
