HADLEY, Mass. -- Amherst College junior goalkeeper Mitch Linkins (Encinitis, CAIhas been selected as the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week for play ending Sunday, March 24th. 

Likins made 13 saves on 21 shots on goal last week, a .638 save percentage, as the Mammoths upset Gettysburg, 9-8, on the road. Likins made five saves in the third quarter and two in the final minutes of the fourth to protect the Mammoths' lead.
