LEWISTON, Maine – The Amherst College men's squash team wrapped up its swing through Maine with a 6-3 win over Bates College on Saturday afternoon in a clash between two NESCAC rivals.
The Mammoths, ranked 18th in the nation in the latest CSA rankings, improved to 8-5 this season while the 25th-ranked Bobcats fell to 1-8.
The Mammoths return to action on Tuesday (Jan. 23) at 5 p.m., visiting 29th-ranked Wesleyan to kick off Little Three competition.
MATCH HIGHLIGHTS:
* Four Mammoths won their matches in 3-0 sweeps. Senior
Neal Malani had the most dominant performance at the fifth position with an 11-2, 11-6, 11-8 win.

Gabe Yu continued his stellar rookie campaign, winning his eighth straight match with an 11-7, 11-9, 11-5 sweep at the ninth position.
