SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Rounding out their performances at the 2020 New England Diving Regionals, Bennett Fagan '20 and Tom Amsbry '22 finished third and fourth, respectively, on the 1-meter board at Art Linkletter Natatorium on the campus of Springfield College Saturday afternoon.
Fagan, who became a regional champion with his performance on the 3-meter board yesterday, caps off his weekend with a third-place score of 475.65.
Amsbry, who scored 433.70 in the 3-meter contest, placed fourth with a score of 453.05 on the 1-meter board to round out the weekend for men's swimming and diving.
Springfield College's Connor Pennington swept both events, while Jay Lang (MIT) landed in second with a score of 497.70.
The seven divers that qualified for the 2020 NCAA Division III Championships will be officially announced at the conclusion of the regional events.
