GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Amherst College men's swimming and diving team placed 21st in the 400-yard freestyle relay to highlight action on the final day of the NCAA Division III Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center on Saturday

Jack Goepfrich, junior
Ethan Van De Water, and seniors
Jaden Olson and
Andrew Yuen clocked in at 3:01.94 in the preliminaries to finish 21st in the nation in the final collegiate swim for Olson and Yuen.
Goepfrich also finished 48th in the 100-yard freestyle, touching in 45.79 seconds in the preliminaries.
The Mammoths finished the meet with three All-America finishes to earn 12 points in the team standings and tie for 38th place, scoring at the national championship meet in back-to-back years. Denison won its first championship since 2019 with 463.5 points.
