AMHERST, Mass. -- The 13th-ranked Amherst College women's squash team dropped an 8-1 decision to second-ranked Trinity College Tuesday night on the Davenport Squas Courts.
The Mammoths fell to 3-2 on the season. They will close out the semester with an away match vs. Tufts beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Bantams improved to 3-0.

Suraiya Khan Suri was the only Mammoth to win Tuesday, posting an 11-4, 11-7, 11-8 sweep of her opponent, Amanda Miller. At four singles,
Yana Sharma was swept but lost game one 11-9, then game two 11-3 before pushing her opponent Madeleine Hylland, to a 13-11 decision in the third game.
