MEET HIGHLIGHTS:
* Cardwell had a dominant showing in her sweep of the hurdles races. She broke the Amherst school record, the NESCAC meet record and Hamilton's track record in the 100m hurdles prelims with a time of 14.23. She bested the Amherst mark of 14.48 set by
Ella Rossa '21 in 2019 and broke the NESCAC meet record of 14.33 that Annalisa DeBari of Tufts set in 2018. She ran the final in 14.30 seconds to claim her first NESCAC title. Her mark ranks among the top 10 nationally in Division III so far this season. The top 22 runners in each event earn invitations to the NCAA Division III Championships.
* In the 400m hurdles, Cardwell won with a personal-best time of 1:02.66, also a mark among the top 10 in Division III this season. Junior
