Women's Squash Dispatches Terriers in Straight Sets

AMHERST, Mass.—In their second match of the season Amherst College routed Boston University 9-0 on Saturday afternoon at Davenport Courts.

Amherst parlayed their Friday 7-2 win vs. Tufts into Saturday en route to a clean sweep. They are now 2-0 on the season and don't look to be slowing down anytime soon.

Riddhi Sampat '21 won the top spot decidedly 11-0, 11-4, and 11-0. Rachael Ang '19 took second singles 11-2, 11-5, and 11-1.

Six of the nine Amherst players posted at least one shutout set.

Pierson Klein '20 won her #6 match 11-1, 11-1, and 11-0. Jenna Finkelstein '20 and Katy Correia '20 rounded out action each winning their #8 and #9 singles matches 11-0, 11-0, and 11-0.

Amherst is now 2-0 after this weekend and will play in a round robin tournament on December 2nd against Connecticut College and Northeastern University.
