Casey Lane enters his second season with Amherst for the 2026-27, after being named to the coaching staff in August 2025.
A native of Wilton, N.H. and a graduate of Nashua High School North in Nashua, N.H., Lane received his bachelor's degree in Movement & Sports Studies from Springfield College in 2022 and played for the men's basketball team all four years. After graduating from Springfield, he spent one season with UMaine Farmington as the Head Assistant Coach. Lane returned to Springfield to be a graduate assistant for his alma mater where he earned his masters in Athletic Leadership in 2025.
