AMHERST, Mass. -- Seniors Jack Sampedro, Jack Boyle and Ryan McIntyre -- along with junior Tylor McCord --  have been selected to the College Sports Communicators Baseball Academic All-District® Team, announced today.

The Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Student-athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 and have played in 90 percent or started 66 percent of their team's games to be eligible.

Boyle is a double major in economics and psychology from Staten Island, New York, who earned CSC Academic All-District accolades for the third year in a row. He led the Mammoths in steals this season, swiping 35 bags in 38 attempts while batting .279 and compiling a .405 on-base percentage. He led the team with 39 runs scored and knocked out three doubles and four triples.

Sampedro is a psychology major from Miami who also earned his third straight Academic All-District selection. He was named First Team All-Region I by d3baseball.com and earned All-Region honors from the ABCA as well after being a First Team All-NESCAC selection. He was a 2nd Team All-NESCAC selection in both 2023 and 2024. In 2025, he recorded a .351 batting average on 47 hits and 34 RBIs, which ranked as fifth and sixth in the NESCAC, respectively. On the mound, the sidearm pitcher served as the Mammoths' primary closer, going 3-3 on the year with four saves and a 2.70 ERA.

McIntyre is a senior from Larchmont, NY who is an economics and history major. This is the second time he has earned CSC Academic All-District recognition, the first coming back in 2023. He was selected as the NESCAC Defensive Player of the Year and earned an All-NESCAC First Team nod. Defensively, be compiled a .961 fielding percentage while quarterbacking the Mammoths' defense. He also turned a team-leading 18 double plays and notched 68 assists. A complete player, he did his part on offense too: he put up a .344 batting average (top 20 in the NESCAC) and hit four home runs this season. These honors put the cherry on top of an incredible career in which McIntyre was a three-time All-NESCAC selection and three-time All-Region selection.

McCord is a statistics major from Langhorne, Pennsylvania. This is his second straight CSC Academic All-District honor. He played both second base and third base, as well as some time at designated hitter, in 2025, batting .354 with a .436 on-base percentage and a .508 slugging percentage. He hammered out 10 doubles with two home runs and 20 RBIs on the season, playing in 33 of the Mammoths' 34 games. He scored 28 runs and stole 20 bases in 21 attempts this season.
