MASS.-- The Amherst College women's basketball team had four players in double-figure scoring Wednesday night as the Mammoths ran away from Colby Sawyer College, 67-28, on Hixon Court in LeFrak Gymnasium.

Brielle Renwick, scored 16, 11, 11 and 10 points, respectively in the victory.
The Mammoths (6-1) will face Gwynedd Mercy University in an away game at the Griffin Complex this Saturday at 1 p.m.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS:

Kori Barach put the Mammoths' first points on the board, netting a three-pointer 22 seconds into the game. Barach led in terms of score in quarter one, putting 10 points on the board for the Mammoths. Halfway through the first quarter,
Elizabeth Cain stole the ball from the Chargers and passed it to
Sylvia Liddle, who assisted Barach in a layup.
* Amherst earned 15 points in the second quarter. Renwick secured an impressive offensive rebound with 51 seconds on the clock and assisted Liddle to a layup. Pahl shot a three-pointer with six minutes and 59 seconds remaining to increase the Mammoth's lead to 27 points compared to the Charger's 3. Pahl scored an additional three-pointer with four minutes and 10 seconds remaining following an assist from
Maya Cwalina.
*Cain, Barach, Anna McCarthy, Renwick, and Tranum each contributed to the scoring scene in quarter three. Barach scored an impressive three-pointer following her rebound with four minutes and 12 seconds on the clock.
Annie McCarthy followed suit, netting a three-pointer 37 seconds later.
* The Mammoths outscored Colby-Sawyer 13-0 in the final quarter behind seven points from Tranum.
BY THE NUMBERS:
* Amherst shot 43.9 percent (25 of 57) for the game, including 40 percent (6 of 15). They were 11 of 14 (78.6) percent from the free-throw line.
* The Mammoths outrebounded CSC 40-30 in the contest. Barach had 9 rebounds and 2 assists to go with her team-leading 16 points. Pahl had 11 points and a team-high 5 steals.
