Ada Okorogheye Named USC Third Team All-America

HADLEY, Mass. -- Amherst College senior forward Ada Okorogheye (London, England) was named a United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-America, it was announced recently. 

Okorogheye was also an USC All-America selection in 2022, when he was named to the first team.

In addition, he was also named a USC First Team All-Region 1 forward in 2023 and 2022. This season he was selected as the NESCAC Player of the Year and a first team all-conference selection. He was also selected as a All-NESCAC First Team in 2022 and All-NESCAC Second Team in 2021.

In his final season, he has 6 goals and 5 assists for 17 points, with the goals and points totals career highs. Over the course of his career, Okorogheye played in 86 games, starting 77 of those contests. He finished his career with 17 goals and 19 assists good for 53 points. Remarkably, of his 17 goals, seven were game-winning tallies. 

The Mammoths won two NESCAC championships in Okorogheye's four seasons, advancing to the Sweet 16 all four years and the national championship game in three of those seasons. The Mammoths finished 67-9-14 over those four seasons, an .822 win percentage.
