AMHERST, Mass. -- On this rainy Saturday afternoon,
Mohammed Nuhu scored an early goal (assisted by
Ada Okorogheye) for his 6
th goal of the season and third goal in the past two games. Amherst Mammoths kept the Hamilton Continentals at bay until the 88
th minute when Hamilton was awarded a corner kick that led to a late game equalizer ending the game 1-1.

* From the start of the second half the Amherst Mammoths pinned Hamilton into their defensive half, Amherst continued to pepper them with shots and defend their lead.
* The Hamilton Continentals seemed to match Amherst's physicality, with both teams drawing fouls throughout the half. Hamilton procured numerous free kicks that they could not seem to capitalize on.

Max Landa and pops out for a big shot to the far post by Hamilton player Luke Peplowski equalizing the game 1-1 with 2 minutes left. Amherst was unable to get another one back with the 2 minutes left, thus ending the game 1-1 in a wild turn of events.
