AMHERST, MA - The Amherst College volleyball team improved to 20-3 with its seventh straight win on Tuesday - a lopsided 3-0 victory over visiting non-league foe Westfield State College. Game scores were 30-19, 30-14 and 30-13.

Amherst rookie Ashley Pestotnik (Arvada, CO) and sophomore Sara Bruggeman (Boulder, CO) paced the offense with team highs of five kills each, while first-year Kristin Quinn (Los Angeles, CA) and senior co-captain Lauren Wong (San Francisco, CA) pitched in with four putaways apiece. Wong led the defense with a match-high eight blocks.

Amherst returns to action Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at NESCAC foe Tufts University.
