Kathryn Truban joined the Amherst College women's ice program in August of 2025. The 2025-26 season will be her first at the institution.
Truban is from Hamilton, NJ. At Adrian College, she was an assistant captain her last two years, was selected all-conference four times and was a 2-time All-American defenseman. She earned her MBA from Adrian in May of 2025 after earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the same institution the year prior, graduating summa cum laude.
Truban played more games (138) than any other person in Bulldogs' history. She finished her career with 95 assists, the second most in program history and also placed in the top 10 in both points (116) and shots (462).
