Before Amherst:

  • Varsity cross country for four years, served as captain for two years.

  • Varsity track and field for four years, served as captain for two years.

  • Delaware Division II Track 4x800 meter relay Champions in 2021

  • Delaware Division II Cross Country Team Champions 2019

  • Set the school record in the 4x800-meter relay.

  • Twice earned Division II Cross Country All State. 

  • Participated in the Track Meet of Champions three times.
