Before Amherst: 

  • Varsity cross country for three years.

  • Varsity track and field for four years.

  • NJSIAA Group Champion in the 4x800-meter in 2019.

  • NJSIAA Sectional Champion in the 1600-meter in 2019.

  • Bergen County Champion in the 800-meter in 2019.

  • Bergen County Champ in the 10000-meter in 2019 and 2018. 

  • Set school records in the 1500-meter, distance medley relay, and sprint medley relay.

  • Earned eight First Team All Conference, six First Team All County, and two First Team All North Jersey honors.
