Forming in 2008, Team Sunshine has created multiple shows and experiences through its own brand of collaborative play-making and writing. Team Sunshine is committed to exploring unique ideas in art, entertainment, and sustainable careers for its collaborators.

Team Sunshine Performance often teams up with the Philly Pigeon, a poetry slam group, to run an event called the Society of Civil Discourse. The Society of Civil Discourse is an interactive debate/made up/appreciation event. It’s about style. Not substance. The Society of Civil Discourse happens in two phases:
