The Victory Academy works with college academic and athletic programs to develop leadership traits and professional skills, and ultimately maximize the potential of the participants.

Brendan P. Keegan has spent his career leading, restructuring and growing business and technology service companies. Brendan has led multiple $250 million technology service companies as CEO, multiple $500 million business service companies as President and a $20 billion IT service industry legend as Chief Sales Officer. Brendan’s success is inherent in his ability to build high performance teams. He founded Velocity Performance with the vision to drive high performance and accelerate the vision of leaders, sales and individuals.

Amanda E. Rogers is the Associate Partner at Velocity Performance and the Executive Director of the Victory Academy, a leadership-training program for colleges, high schools and youth groups. She works diligently to help develop young leaders and propel them to Victory. Rogers is also the Executive Director of the NH Tomahawks, an elite lacrosse program, and the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach of the Bishop Guertin Cardinals. She played on the Nationally Ranked, Division 1 Boston University lacrosse team. Additionally, Rogers serves as a board member on the Keegan Family COURAGE & FAITH Foundation focused on supporting youth academics, education, leadership and athletics.
