J.B. Spisso brings over twenty-five years of military experience to his current role as Performance Coach and Lead Consultant with Elite Leadership Training. J.B. spent 10 years in U.S. Army Special Operations and has held several leadership positions during his tenure with the U.S. Army including Platoon Sargeant, Special Operations Instructor and Instructor for U.S. Army Officer Candidate School.
Spisso also worked at West Point Military Academy for ten years, as the Senior Enlisted Trainer for potential Army Officers and as the General Manager of the Army Athletics Sports Complex.
In his current position at Elite Leadership Training, J.B. specializes in leadership and character development workshops and motivational speaking to athletes, coaches and business organizations to help shape tomorrow’s emerging leaders.
