Brett Ledbetter is a human performance coach, and a lead trainer at the Ledbetter Basketball Academy and founder of The Film Room Project, a nonprofit organization. He has also give two TEDx Talks, “What Drives Winning,” and “Build Your Inner Coach,” and has been recognized by coaches across the country.
The mission of The Film Room Project is to provide free online educational resources for coaches, players, and parents to hear from College Coaches and NBA players, and learn about the intangibles for success. Ledbetter conducted hundreds of interviews for The Film Room Project, which has over 130 interviews with professional athletes and championship coaches, and the program has evolved into a full program to help prepare players mindset and also prepare them for life after basketball.
In 2014 Ledbetter started working with the University of Florida developing a coaching collaboration program to investigate character development in a situation where winning matters most. He also works with multiple teams using the CPR model (Character> Process> Results) he created. He is also the creator of the Ballstride Footwork System, author of “What Drives Winning”, has a corporate training program for Character and Performance Training, and is invited to speak to coaching clinics around the country.
