Competed on the varsity track and field team for four years, serving as a captain for two years.
Also played varsity field hockey for two years, serving as a captain for one year.
Received All-Region Honors for track and field in 2019 and 2020.
Received All-District Honors for track and field in 2020.
Earned First Team All-State, All-Region, and All-District honors for field hockey in 2019.
Received an honorable mention for the Washington Post All-Met Field Hockey.
Won the 6A Region C Field Hockey Championship in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Won the Patriot District Field Hockey Championship in 2018.
Received the Cavalier Award for track and field in 2020.
Played club field hockey for Xtreme Field Hockey Club for five years.

Personal

Biology major.
Parents are Jen and Steve Cassata.
Has one sibling, Daniel Cassata.
Mother competed on the track and field team at Wesleyan University.
Participated in the Biology Research Experience for Undergraduates at John Hopkins University.
Tour guide at Amherst, member of Amherst LEADS, and a participant in the Intersections Dance Company.
