The Amherst College men's soccer team opens the 2026 season on Hitchcock Field against NESCAC opponent, Conn. College on Saturday (Sep. 5) at 2:30 pm. They are coming off of a 8-6-3 season in 2025 where they made appearances in the NESCAC Quarterfinals and NCAA Tournament.

Justin Serpone enters his 19th season in the Pioneer Valley coaching the Mammoths. Senior captain Mohammed Nuhu and junior Michael Cherico are returning to Amherst this season and picked up USC All-Region recognition. Junior captain Jacob Dinzeo joined Nuhu and Cherico on earning All-NESCAC recognition. The Mammoths return four of their top scorers in Nuhu, sophomore Vincent Akanbo, junior Obed Opoku, and sophomore Leo Wilensky.
