Jessica Huang fired a 1-over 73 Sunday -- matching her first-round total -- to finish as the 2022 New England Small College Athletic Conference individual champion and help the Mammoths earn their first official NESCAC Championship in women's golf with a two-day total of 610, 11 strokes ahead of 5-time defending conference champion Williams College.
Huang's two-day total of 146 (73-73) earned her medalist honors, three strokes ahead of teammate
Priya Bakshi, whose 3-over par Sunday round left her 4-over for the tournament (74-75-=149) and in second place individually. Huang's final round featured 12 pars, one birdie and one memorable eagle coming on the par-5 16th hole.
The championship tournament was held at the Amherst Golf Club, the Mammoths' home course.
Amherst earned the automatic qualifier that goes along with being crowned conference champion in the NESCAC, and will make its 6th NCAA Div. III championship apperance. The women's golf championship will be held Tuesday, May 10th through Friday, May 13th at the Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas,

Jenny Hua. Seo fired a second day 6-over 78 that left her with a two-day total of 155, tied for third individually with Williams' first two finishers, Jo Kim and Catalin Yturralde.
Hua had a Sunday round of 81 which left her as the final score in the team total. She had a two-day total ofd 164, which had her tied for 10th. Jin shot a final round 86 Sunday and finished one stroke behind her teammate for the championship at 165.
