Men's soccer fell short of its ninth win by 11 seconds as the Jeffs registered their fourth loss of the season at Colby. Tim Christian (Agawam, MA) scored twice to equalize in the 69th minute, but the White Mules notched the game-winner with 11 seconds on the game-clock for the win. Amherst had out-shot Colby 19-14 and gained 11 corner kicks in the match.

The Jeffs will finish out their season at Williams on Saturday at 10:00am. The Ephs stand at 7-2-2 in the season as Amherst will look for its first win over Williams since 1982. In the last 15 years, Amherst has tied the Ephs four times, in 1983, 1984, 1990 and 1995.
