Joining the Mammoths' coaching staff in November of 2019, Jeff Walker is set to enter her first season as a goaltending specialist for the Amherst women's ice hockey program in 2019-2020.
A three-season starter in between the pipes and team captain during his senior season in 2009 at WPI, Walker was named a two-time NECHA South-East and ACHA Challenge All-Star before transitioning into the coaching realm. The director of Stop It Goaltending in Agawam, Mass., when not with the Mammoths, Walker trains and oversees a staff of five goaltending coaches and has experience working with goalkeepers across all levels – including the NHL, AHL, ECHL, and NCAA. When not at the rink or in the film room, you can find Walker working closely with some of the best coaches in the world at seminars and training sessions across the country in order to stay on the cutting edge of today's goaltending techniques and philosophies.
