Jeffs Earn NCAA At-Large Bid, Set to Host First Three Rounds

AMHERST, Mass. - The seventh-ranked Amherst College women's tennis team has earned an at-large bid to the 2015 NCAA Division III Championship and will host the first, second and third rounds this weekend.

The Jeffs (13-4) earned a first round bye and will face the winner of the SUNY Geneseo (14-3) and Elizabethtown (16-3) match Saturday, May 9 at 10 a.m. Johns Hopkins (17-4) also received a first round bye and will play the winner of TCNJ (14-1) and Wilkes (18-1) Saturday at 1 p.m. 

The Purple & White return to the postseason tournament for the 21st consecutive season, and have received a first round bye for the 12th year in a row. They are 53-24 all-time in 20 appearances with one national championship (1999) and five national runner-up finishes (2004, '07, '09, '11, '14).
