No. 11 Jeffs Crush 14th-Ranked Wellesley, 8-1

AMHERST, MA - The 11th-ranked Amherst women's squash team defeated No. 14 Wellesley College, 8-1, Tuesday night at Davenport Courts. The Jeffs won eight matches by way of shutout. With the victory, Amherst improves to 10-5 while Wellesley drops to 11-2. 

Juniors Susanna Burke (St. Louis, MO) and Roopali Agarwal (Boxford, MA) each recorded convincing wins for the Jeffs. Sophomore Amanda Crawford (York, PA) recorded the lone victory for the visitors. 

The Jeffs return to action Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at Yale.
