No. 10 Jeffs Fall at Sixth-Ranked Brown, 9-0

PROVIDENCE, RI - Sixth-ranked Brown University surrendered just one game in nine matches en route to a 9-0 shutout win over visiting Amherst College on Tuesday. Amherst sophomore Emily Stark (Roanoke, VA) was the lone player to steal a game for the 10th-ranked Jeffs, falling to Brown sophomore Robin Ried (Weston, CT), 3-1 (2-9, 7-9, 10-8, 9-1). Amherst fell to 8-4 with the loss. 

The Jeffs return to action Wednesday at 5 p.m. against visiting Trinity College.
