Hired in the fall of 2019, Kelsey Fee enters her first season on the sidelines for Amherst women's lacrosse in 2020 as an assistant coach.
A 2019 graduate of Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Film Studies, Fee joins the Mammoths following a praise-worthy four-year collegiate career for the Seahawks.
Helping lead Wagner to three Northeast Conference (NEC) league championship titles while thrice being named to the NEC All-Academic team, Fee ranks fourth all-time in Seahawks history in minutes played between the pipes (2465) and sixth all-time in saves (345). Captaining the Seahawks during her senior season and named the conference tournament MVP, Fee finished 2019 ranked ninth in Division I women’s lacrosse in goals against average - posting a 8.96 GAA behind 157 stops in 20 contests to lift Wagner into the Second Round of the NCAA Championship Tournament.
Fee also has Division III playing experience under her belt, having played her first-year campaign at Ithaca College.
Off the field, Fee has served as an operations intern and game day staff member for the United Women’s Lacrosse League, an intern working to help train and organize the regiments of athletes at Velocity Sports Performance and as a coach and counselor with various youth lacrosse camps and clinics across the east coast. She has also spent significant time volunteering and fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, having started her relationship with the organization in 2012.
