    HADLEY, Mass. – The Amherst College women’s golf team had four individuals honored and claimed a pair of major award winners as the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) announced the 2017 Women’s Golf All Conference Teams on Wednesday afternoon.

    The Mammoths carded a 307-317-624 to place tied for second at the Williams Fall Invitational and second overall in NESCAC Championship competition at the Taconic Golf Club this past weekend.

    The No. 9 Amherst College women’s golf team placed five players inside the top-10 to edge host Middlebury by three strokes behind a 321-317-638 mark and clinch the George Phinney Golf Classic title, its second tournament victory of the fall, at the Ralph Myhre Golf Course this past weekend.
  • Women's Golf Finishes Third at 18-Team Mount Holyoke Invite

    The Amherst College women’s golf team recorded their third consecutive top-three finish, as the Mammoths tallied a day one score of 318 and a day two score of 310 (628) to clinch third overall at the Mount Holyoke Invitational at the Orchards Golf Club.
  • Women's Golf Wins Ann S. Batchelder Invitational Title!

    Morgan Yurosek ’20 recorded a second place finish and three Mammoths tied for fifth overall, as the Amherst College women’s golf team won the team title at the Ann S. Batchelder Invitational hosted by Wellesley College at the Nehoiden Golf Club. 
  • Women's Golf Opens Season with Third Place Finish at SLU Invitational

    The Amherst College women’s golf team opened the 2017-18 season with a solid team performance, placing two players inside the top-15 and totaling a two-day score of 624 (307-317) to place third overall at the 12-team St. Lawrence University Invitational at the Oliver D. Appleton Golf Course.
