GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Amherst College men's swimming & diving team concluded action at the 2016 NCAA Division III Men's Swimming & Diving Championships Saturday evening in Greensboro, N.C.
Amherst placed 28th in the 57-team field with a total of 31 points. Denison finished first overall with 455.5 points, followed by Kenyon (418.5), Emory (340.5), Johns Hopkins (263) and MIT (241.5) to round out the top five.
DAY FOUR HIGHLIGHTS
- Senior Matt Heise capped a tremendous four-year career in the consolation finals of the 200-yard backstroke. Heise glided to a time of 1:49.62 and touched the wall 15th overall.
