Recording a goal and four assists for six points, Lind helped the Mammoths kick off the year with a 2-0 record with wins over Wentworth and Bowdoin.
Against Wentworth, the San Juan Capistrano, Calif. native had a hand in the first two goals of the contest, dishing out an assist on the game-winner and netting the second tally before closing out the matchup with helpers on Amherst's final two scores to lift the visitors to a 7-0 win.
Three days later Lind led the Mammoths to their first conference win, 1-0, over Bowdoin. Hurrying to the ball on a free kick in the 30th minute, Lind sent a trick pass to a wide open teammate for what stood as the game-winning score.
Lind and the rest of Mammoths return to action on Saturday, Sept. 15 when they face off against Middlebury beginning at 12 p.m.
