    Jarvis Sill '15 carded a two-day total of 160 (78-82) and tied for 14th overall as the Amherst College men's golf team finished 13th at the 2014 ECAC Division III New England Championship at Crumpin-Fox Golf Club hosted by Elms College in Bernardston, Mass. on Saturday and Sunday.

    Amherst first-year Sam Procter carded a team-low score of 159 (82-77) as the Jeffs notched a two-day score of 656 and finished 18th at the Duke Nelson Invitational hosted by Middlebury at the Ralph Myhre Golf Course.

    Dan Langa '18 led the Amherst College men's golf team with a two-day 159 (78-81) as the Jeffs finished 10th overall at the Trinity Invitational Sunday to open the 2014-15 campaign.
  • Veteran Squad Eyes Return to NESCAC Championships

    Following a successful 2013-14 season, the Amherst men's golf program eyes a second consecutive NESCAC Championship appearance behind an experienced senior class and overall well-balanced squad. Last year, the Jeffs qualified for the four-team conference tournament for the first time since the 2010-11 campaign, breaking a two-year stint in which they finished fifth at the fall qualifier in back-to-back seasons. Amherst, under head coach Jack Arena '83, also finished first out of 17 teams at the Westport Hampton Inn Invitational (634-320-314) and placed second at the Little Three Championships to round out the top performances of the year.
