Announcements/Cancellations & Changes:

 

Fall Semester Classes end on December 15th - there will be a modified schedule during Interterm (Jan. 2-19)

Barre - Mondays at 5:00pm (no class Monday Jan 1st)

Yoga - Tuesdays at 4:45pm

Pilates - Wednesdays at NOON

PIYO - Thursdays at 4:45pm

Yoga - Fridays at NOON (will meet on Thursday, January 11th - not Friday, January 12th)

 

 

 

General Information:

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE! 

  • Please note, check our website for up to date information on classes, as some classes may be cancelled or discontinued, or times may be change due to attendance at the first few classes. 

  • Mat Policy: For hygiene reasons, all participants must bring their own yoga mat to mat-based classes (yoga, pilates) If you do not have one, mats will be available for purchase ($15/mat) at Conway Classroom, and students may term-bill at the first class. If you have financial concerns, you may borrow one from the Athletic Department.

  • Lifetime Sports Classes are listed separately and are taught by coaches - pre-registration required.

Conway - Conway Classroom, 1206 Alumni Gym

Hitchcock (Room 201) - Counseling Center Hitchcock House, 271 South Pleasant Street (across from Alumni Gym).  Meditation and yoga space on the 2nd floor

Friends - Friends Room (Room above Pool and Lefrak, off Cage balcony)

O'Connor - O'Connor Commons, Charles Pratt Dorm

Cadigan Center - Center for Religious Life
