Announcements/Cancellations & Changes:

The new Wellness & Fitness Class Schedule begins on MONDAY, January 21st - one week prior to the 2nd semester Academic Calendar which begins on January 28th.  See full schedule below, but please note:

 

ONLY BARRE will be held on Monday the 21st (Mat Pilates and Slow Flow Yoga will begin on Monday January 28th)

 

Zumba will begin the week of January 28th

General Information:

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE! 
  • Please note, check our website for up to date information on classes, as some classes may be cancelled or discontinued, or times may be change due to attendance at the first few classes. 
  • Mat Policy: For hygiene reasons, all participants must bring their own yoga mat to mat-based classes (yoga, pilates) If you do not have one, mats will be available for loan for the first class.  If you have financial concerns, you may borrow one from the Athletic Department.
  • Lifetime Sports Classes are listed separately and are taught by coaches - pre-registration required.

Hitchcock (Room 201) - Counseling Center Hitchcock House, 271 South Pleasant Street (across from Alumni Gym).  Meditation and yoga space on the 2nd floor
 
Friends - Friends Room (Room above Pool and Lefrak, off Cage balcony)
 
O'Connor - O'Connor Commons, Charles Pratt Dorm
