Announcements/Cancellations & Changes:

Fall Semester Classes end on Friday, December 14th. 

Pilates Class is Cancelled on Monday, December 10th.

Barre Fusion is cancelled on Friday, December 14th.

MAT POLICY: Please note that all participants must bring their own mat to mat-based classes (for hygiene reasons).

General Information:

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE! 

  • Please note, check our website for up to date information on classes, as some classes may be cancelled or discontinued, or times may be change due to attendance at the first few classes. 

  • Mat Policy: For hygiene reasons, all participants must bring their own yoga mat to mat-based classes (yoga, pilates) If you do not have one, mats will be available for loan for the first class.  If you have financial concerns, you may borrow one from the Athletic Department.

  • Lifetime Sports Classes are listed separately and are taught by coaches - pre-registration required.

Conway - Conway Classroom, 1206 Alumni Gym

Hitchcock (Room 201) - Counseling Center Hitchcock House, 271 South Pleasant Street (across from Alumni Gym).  Meditation and yoga space on the 2nd floor

Friends - Friends Room (Room above Pool and Lefrak, off Cage balcony)

O'Connor - O'Connor Commons, Charles Pratt Dorm

Cadigan Center - Center for Religious Life
