Emily joined the LEADS staff in Fall 2019 with a passion for student-athlete leadership development. She was a goalkeeper on the women's soccer team at the University of Richmond, where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. Emily pursued her love of soccer through coaching at the University of Mary Washington. After two years at UMW, she enrolled in VCU's Center for Sport Leadership graduate program. While pursuing her masters degree, Emily joined her alma mater's coaching staff for the Fall 2018 season and then made the switch to student-athlete leadership development in Spring 2019.
The Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands native finished her masters degree in Sport Leadership in May 2019 and brings a wealth of energy, experience, and passion to her position as Program Coordinator with LEADS.
